The Maid of Honor will lead the bridesmaids, and all of them will help you in the organization of the events related to the wedding. They should be ever present to give strength to the bride on every step of the wedding journey. Choosing the women who will fulfill these roles is a difficult task, especially when the bride has so many girl friends. Here are some tips on how to improve the selection process. Put more than one person you trust in charge. It is supposed to traditionally be the groom’s parents, but it doesn’t always work out that way. Do not pile the Rehearsal Dinner all on one person. Have someone responsible for RSVP’s, another person responsible for food, etc. Break up their responsibilities so you know it is handled. But, if your nerves can’t handle it, just hire a wedding planner. They will take care of everything, and they are getting paid so you know they will do a good job.
